Recommendations

The first aspect of this website that I would work on is declutturing everything. There is way too much information that is difficult to read and navigate through with just a quick look. Users should be able to find the information they are looking for with ease.

Another aspect that could be improved upon is the color scheme. There are many buttons on the site that could be confused for plain text
and plain text that could be confused for a link.

The website could also be improved by moving the "reserve tickets now" button a lot more visable and maybe even move it to the visitor info page.

One of the biggest problems in my opinion on this website is the pages that open in new tabs with no navigation back to the home page. It is important to keep consistency throughout the website and that is not seen with pages like the catering and order online pages.

A big improvement to this website would also be to add a stingray section on the exhibits page with more information about the cost of feedings.

Lastly, It is important for users to know what navigation links are supposed to mean before they click on them. The "order online" button does not indicate what it is for or what you are ordering. Changing the wording to this button would make a lot more sense to the user.
